PRA is a 60-minute exercise class combining original punk dance moves with aerobic exercise infused with the humor, attitude, and aesthetics that are integral to the identity of punk and DIY. Whether you have had any prior fitness experience or not—this is the safer exercise space that promises NO mirrors and NO obnoxious gym music.
Our in-person classes happen in rock clubs, libraries, and DIY spaces only! We use bricks for weights, special guest DJs spin killer punk anthems, and the end goal always has more to do with attitude than muscle mass. FLEX YER HEAD and you will leave class with less judgement about yourself and your body than ever before—and have the confidence to take on any challenge you may face!
